청우 (Cheongu) Every Chinese restaurant in the world has its own style. Korean Chinese restaurant also has it's signature dish. 짜장면 (Jajangmyeon) It is a noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang, (sweet bean sauce), pork meat and various vegetables. You can add shrimp, oyster or pork meat in it. The texture of tofu is really soft like a yogurt. It's spicy but you can ask the spicy level to the chef.
